Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate per order. Orders above Rs. 1,000 qualify for free shipping across Pakistan. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout before payment. We do not charge any hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from our courier partner. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your delivery in real time. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@thenature.pk or via our WhatsApp number.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and products immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly. For parcels lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue within 5 to 7 business days.
