FAQs About Hair Oils
Which oil is best for hair growth?
Rosemary Essential Oil is clinically proven to stimulate hair follicles and boost hair growth, studies show it performs as well as Minoxidil without side effects. For severe hair fall, pair it with Castor Oil for a powerful root-strengthening treatment. Our Signature Hair Growth Oil combines both in a 9-in-1 formula.
How often should I oil my hair?
For most hair types, oiling 2 to 3 times per week gives the best results. Leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes before washing — or overnight for a deeper treatment. If your scalp is oily, once a week is enough. Consistency matters more than quantity: regular, lighter applications outperform heavy monthly treatments every time.
Can I mix different oils together?
Yes — blending oils is one of the best ways to target multiple hair concerns at once. A popular combination is Rosemary Essential Oil mixed with Castor Oil and Jojoba Oil for growth, strength, and scalp balance together. The key rule: always dilute Essential Oils (Rosemary, Lavender, Tea Tree, Neem) in a Carrier Oil at a 1:10 ratio before applying to the scalp.
Are essential oils safe to apply directly to the scalp?
No — Essential Oils are highly concentrated and must always be diluted in a Carrier Oil before scalp application. Use a 1:10 ratio: 2 to 3 drops of Essential Oil per tablespoon of Carrier Oil such as Coconut, Jojoba, or Almond Oil. Applying undiluted Essential Oils can cause scalp irritation, redness, or sensitivity — even for those who are not normally reactive.
